Can you make an ornament for me, or change the color or design of your ornament?

Unfortunately, the only thing we personalize is the writing -- the names and messages. We cannot change colors or manufacture new ornament styles. Any writing you see in the sample photos can be changed/personalized for you, except in the few cases where the ornament description says a piece of writing is "Part of the ornament  and cannot be changed."

Can you put my name or message on the ornament instead of what is pictured?

Yes! That's what we do to personalize the ornaments for you! There are some cases where some writing is a part of the ornament and cannot be changed, but that is written in the first few lines of the ornament description. Otherwise, put your instructions in the “Add your personalisation”  field before  checkout, and we'll go from there!

Will my ornament have the writing in the sample photo?

We will only include the writing you request with your order. We can't make assumptions about what we would like without you telling us, and each of our customer's has individual wants and needs for their ornaments.

Where do I put my personalization instructions?

When you are looking at the listing for an ornament you would like to purchase, look to the right of the ornament photo - there you will the “Add your personalization” field.

 It’s a white box, just above the “Add to Cart” button - you can put all of your personalization info there. The box may seem small but, don’t worry, it will fit a lot of text! Once you have all of your instructions in this box, add the item to your cart. You will have an opportunity to review all of your personalization instructions again at checkout.

When will my ornament ship?

You'll get a notice with tracking information automatically upon shipment to whatever email you have input at checkout --- along with  shipping date and tracking info,so you don't have to wait for a "convo" response to be sure that your package went out! Our turnaround time is generally 3-5 business days, but that can fluctuate throughout the year and will be listed announced in the shop .

Why does my order tracking still say pre-transit?

At busy times of the year, not all packages are scanned in at the beginning of their journey at the post office and so tracking often won't update until the package is literally on your doorstep. Frustrating, we know! But the longest in advance we ever print shipping labels is the night before they go to the post office, so rest assured that if a label has been created, your order has gone to the post office and is on its way to you.

Can I change the shipping address if I already placed an order?

No, we need to cancel the order and have you place a new one with the correct shipping details. You can also drop us a "convo" message, and we'll bump the new order up to the same place in line so there won't be a delay in shipping it out to you.

I got my order and the ornament is broken or misspelled. Will you fix it?

Yes, if we made a mistake or the ornament arrived damaged, we will send you a new one the next day if we have them in stock. If we are unable to get the ornament in stock, we will offer you a choice of another style or a full refund if we can't replace the ornament. We will also send you a shipping label to send ornaments with errors back to us.

I made a mistake on my order. Will you fix it?

If you made a mistake in your personalization and don't realize it before the order is completed, be in touch. We're happy to make additions or changes as long as you ship the ornament back to us and cover the return shipping.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices in the store are in United States Dollar.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shopify Pay and Apple Pay.

How do I buy in your store?

Once you are done choosing… we know, it’s hard, so many wonderful things to choose from, you just select the products you want, add your personalization and add them to the cart. Once you have all your products, you can proceed to the checkout where you will add your contact info, shipping information, then select your shipping and payment methods. Remember, your purchase is protected and encrypted.

After personalizing, we will ship the product to the address you specified during checkout and will provide your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Is my purchase protected?

Absolutely. Our store is encrypted with an SSL certificate to always protect your information from being stolen. You can buy with confidence. Notice the "s" in https in our domain name? That means the site is secure.
